The Best London Broil Ever

Ingredients:

• 2 Pound London Broil (roughly 2 inches thick)
• 4 Tbs Everyman Spice
• 2 Tbs Olive Oil

Directions:

Heat a heavy cast iron pan over medium heat. Season the London broil on both sides liberally. Add olive oil and carefully add the London broil. Sear on one side for 3-4 minutes. Flip and place the pan with the meat into an oven preheated to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. For medium rare, cook the London broil in the oven for an additional 7 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow the meat to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.


Grilled Corn on the Cob

Ingredients:

• 6 ears of fresh corn
• 2 Tbs Everyman Spice
• Olive Oil

Directions:

Preheat an oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the corn on the cob in the oven and roast for 5-7 minutes. Remove and allow to cool to touch. Shuck the corn removing all the silk. Add olive oil and Everyman spice a bowl and toss the ears of corn until evenly coated. Place on a hot charcoal grill and cook, turning constantly until charred and delicious.


Sunday Morning Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

• 6 Eggs
• 2 Tbs Water
• 1 Tbs Butter
• Everyman Spice (To Taste)

Directions:

In a bowl, scramble together the eggs and 2 Tbs water. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the scrambled eggs and cook, scraping the pan with a spatula until just cooked through. Season with Everyman Spice and eat immediately.
